Created to compete for up to $7,500 in grant money. We took lessons from the first animation challenge and used them to make an all around better video, such as, the inclusion of sound.
In a competition given by FedEx between FRC teams at the 2017 Houston Championships for a $5,000 grant, I was tasked with creating a 30 second animation that summarized Grace Hopper's Contribution to Computer Science and Engineering. It was written, illustrated, and animated in 1 day by myself and one other person.
This animation was created over 5 days to compete for a $5,000 grant from Automation Direct. This was the first animation I worked on, so I'm proud of the results. We did not win the grant money, but we were in the top 25% of teams that submitted. It was made with Adobe Illustrator, After Effects, and Blender software.
